I received my Texas Real Estate license in 1994. I started as a realtor in Houston with the Re/Max 1960 Group. The commission split was 70/30 plus a $ 800.00 monthly desk fee. After being with them for 2 years, I realized that I was paying too much and not getting the help I needed.

Then I found a small company that was charging $79.00 a month and $99.00 per closing. I signed up with them. It made a world of difference in my business. At that time, I was also managing PG & E Distributors., Inc., a company that I founded in 1983. I sold my company and decided to do something that would help my fellow Realtors. I came up with the concept of 100% commission and that is how CASA GRANDE REALTY LLC was born in Austin TX in 2006.

Our goal is letting  our Associates keep their full commission .

The concept is as follows:

  • Receive $50.00 credit for each new agent you intgroduce to CGR
  • $395 annual fee (No other fees apply)
  • $25 Lease transaction fee ($25/yr on commercial leases)
  • $125 transaction fee on 3% commission
  • $250 transaction fee on commissions over 3% and les than $10,000.00
  • $395 for commissions over $10,000.
  • E&O insurance included , No monthly fee of any kind,
