WHY CGR ? *
In 2005 CGR was created with a new concept in Real Estate Business,. We offer an excellent program for professional Realtors interested in working in a company that gives them the opportunity to keep their hard earned commission.
How it works?
We are a privately owned company that has NO FRANCHISE FEES and we welcome new and experienced agents that are looking to keep their commission and not pay a huge chunk to their broker as most agencies require. CGR allows agents to keep 100% of their commission from their first sale. There are no hidden fees. All you pay is the annual membership fee and the transaction fee per sale.
Is Casa Grande Realty HUD approved Broker?
Yes we are Broker Approved; our agents may sell HUD homes after they register as Realtors of CGR using our ID.
How much do I pay per transaction?
TRANSACTION FEES
On 3% commission = $125.00 per transaction
Over 3% and less than $10,000 = $250.00 per transaction
Over $10,000.00 commission = $395.00 per transaction.
This includes E&O, providing that a C D A is signed by the broker before closing. If the Broker has to cut a check on a transaction, an additional $25.00 will be collected.
Do I pay transaction fee on my homestead purchase?
No, we do not charge transaction fees for the purchase of your own home and we allow you to collect referral fees without paying fees other than the cut check of $25.00
Can I work from my home?
You will mostly work from your home, but you will have access to our conference room to meet clients. We also have computers stations set up in our office for your convenience.
How much do I have to pay for the yard signs?
Nothing. We lend you the signs for your listings. We require a deposit of $27.00 which will be refunded once the sign is returned and as long as it is still in usable condition.
Is it possible to open up my own CGR branch?
Yes it certainly is. After you have worked in our organization and understand our program completely, it is possible for you to open a branch. For details on how to accomplish this, you can discuss it with your Broker.
How much it cost to join CGR.?
The annual membership for all these benefits is just $395, and can be free if you take advantage of our recruitment program.
How the recruitment program works?
Each time you introduce a new agent to CGR we credit your membership with $50.00 and if you have 4 new recruits by the time your membership due, you will only pay $179.00 for the year. If you happen to refer 7 agents that enlist and have paid their annual membership during your calendar membership year then YOUR MEMBERSHIP WILL BE FREE!
What happen after that year?
CGR will give you credit for the agents you had introduced for as long as they stay with us. If you happen to have more than 7 active recruits, WE PAY YOUÂ $50.00 for each agent exceeding the 7.......... and YOUR MEMBERSHIP IS FREE.
Is this program retroactive?
Yes, if you referred realtors in the past, and they renew with CGR, we will credit your account with $50.00 for each agent you introduced to us.
